When you place an order:

• Your contact email.
• Your game account email, password and backup code, which are needed to perform the delivery.
• What you bought, the amount, the platform and the price.
• Your name, billing address and the last four digits of your card. The full card number never reaches us; it goes directly to our payment processor.

When you create an account: your email, your name if you give one, and a hashed version of your password. We never store your site password in readable form.

Automatically when you use the site: your IP address, the approximate country and city it maps to, your browser and device, and the pages you visit.

This is the most sensitive thing you give us, so we are explicit about it.

We ask for your account email, password and backup code only because Comfort Trade requires signing in to deliver. We never ask for your recovery email or security question, and you should never give those to anyone.

We use them solely to deliver your order and we remove them once the order is complete and the 24-hour window has passed.

We strongly recommend you change your password once your order is delivered. That is the right habit after sharing credentials with any service.

• To deliver what you bought and to contact you about it.
• To take payment and to defend against fraudulent payments and chargebacks.
• To keep records of orders and deliveries, which we are required to do and which protect both sides in a dispute.
• To run the loyalty programme if you have an account.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the business:

• Stripe, to process card payments and assess fraud risk.
• Resend, to send transactional email such as order and password messages.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure traffic and advertising.
• Meta and TikTok advertising pixels.
• Microsoft Clarity, for session recordings and heatmaps that help us improve the site (sensitive fields are masked).

We also disclose data where the law requires it, or to a card network when a payment dispute is raised against us.

• Game account credentials: removed once the order is complete and the 24-hour window has passed.
• Order and payment records: kept for the period required for accounting, tax and dispute defence.
• Account data: kept while your account exists, and removed when you ask us to close it.
• Access logs including IP address: kept for security and fraud investigation.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to our using it for marketing.

Write to info@futcoinsmarket.net from the address on your orders and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your data may mean we can no longer defend a payment dispute on your behalf, and we must keep records the law requires us to keep.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and currency, and measure traffic and advertising. Advertising cookies are set by Google, Meta and TikTok.

You can block cookies in your browser. If you block the essential ones, signing in and checking out will not work.

The site is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. Significant changes are announced by email to registered customers.
